I dealt with Abel and he was very helpful,nice, and professional. I needed a fob because when I bought my car from another dealership it only had one fob. Dealership ( Auto Nation) wouldn’t get us another one. My car started to stall and not start. Abel got tests done , fixed our messed up fib because it was under manufacture warranty, bout another fib and they said I needed a new battery also. Great service.

My car was genuinely about to fall apart so I took it in for a diagnostic. Abel found everything that was wrong, fixed it and even gave me a new windshield wiper! Such amazing service, Abel was very communicative, and with the laundry list of services I needed to get done, was able to get my car back to me quickly. Now my car is driving just like it did when I first bought it and I couldn’t be happier!!! After this I’m not going anywhere else for my auto maintenance needs!!

The technician who worked on the car, Christian, was great. He gave a detailed explanation of what he had done. However the Service Advisor, Kim, seemed shocked when we showed up, even though I had scheduled the appointment online . Additionally, I asked that the technician address a couple of other things, but she seemed to dismiss it , stating that the car was new so it shouldn't have those issues. Second time coming here, no issues. Everything is explained well, more details given in the print-out. Waiting space might be smaller than others but it was clean and stacked with snacks. L

Benson's Mazda staff were friendly and straightforward. The lounge has snacks & water/coffee. I took my CX5 for an oil change and tire rotation. Mazda included an inspection as well as recommendation to keep my car up to date.

3rd oil change with this dealership and its the 3rd time I left happy. Other then the lost of morning breakfast tacos nothing has changed since first visit. Same quick service with terrific customer service and I trust the mechanics working on my car. Just missing the tacos, hahaha.

I took my vehicle here after getting poor repairs from 911 Collision.
The work was redone. Once leaving I continued to hear creaking sounds from my vehicle as I was driving. I took it back to Mazda and they lubed everything that had been replaced. The noise went away for a day then came back. I was told it was due to having "after- market" parts put in during repairs.

The service is very good and thorough. The wait time reasonable. The price was very, very good! The mechanic made a video of his work, and a detailed summery of everything my Jeep might need to have done in the future. Although, I just came in for an oil change, they rotated the tires, filled my windshield fluid and did a thorough check of everything at no extra cost. The waiting area provided snacks, water, plenty of seating, and a Television. I will be coming here from now on!

I bought my vehicle and started my car maintenance program with the Ingram Mazda team last year. The arrival to the shop is met by Kim and the team always sends a video review of how my Mazda undercarriage , tires and brakes and engine look and offer recommendations needed. They are prompt and efficient. I’ll be continuing my car maintenance here. Thanks again for the great service to the whole team.

My appointment was scheduled for 9:30 a.m., but I arrived around 8:30 since I was in the area. I was going to only drop off my vehicle early, and leave with my wife.
