¡Cuidado! Prácticas engañosas, daño a tu crédito y pésima atención al cliente. Si valoras tu tiempo, tu dinero y tu puntaje de crédito, aléjate de este concesionario (Benson's Auto Group / Ingram Park Mazda). Mi experiencia intentando comprar una Mitsubishi Outlander Plug-in Hybrid 2025 SEL Platinum fue una auténtica pesadilla y una falta de respeto total. Soy del área de Dallas y estuve en contacto con ellos por más de una semana porque genuinamente quería comprar la camioneta. Al principio, la atención fue rápida; me enviaron fotos y videos para engancharme. Yo ya contaba con una preaprobación de crédito por parte de mi propio banco, pero me obligaron a aplicar directamente con ellos bajo la promesa de venderme el vehículo. El resultado fue desastroso: 1. Dañaron mi crédito: Hicieron 7 solicitudes de crédito (hard inquiries) sin mi consentimiento claro de enviarlo a múltiples bancos, todo para nada. 2. Precios engañosos (Bait-and-Switch): Tienen la camioneta publicada a un precio, luego te envían propuestas alteradas, y en línea cambian los precios constantemente para atraer clientes, pero a la hora de la verdad no respetan las cifras. 3. Pésimo profesionalismo: Los vendedores Omar Nomeli, Jorge y Heather son los peores con los que he tratado. Me pasaban de uno a otro sin darme soluciones. 4. Desaparición total (Ghosting): En el momento en que les proporcioné mi Seguro Social para la aplicación que me exigieron, dejaron de responderme. Pasaron 3 días enteros en los que tuve que perseguirlos llamando repetidamente sin que me contestaran. 5. La mentira final: El sábado, justo cuando se suponía que iba a hacer el viaje hasta San Antonio para concretar el trato, finalmente me dicen que "ya vendieron la camioneta". Solo me causaron dolores de cabeza y estrés. No te dejes engañar por sus publicaciones en internet. Son expertos en dar vueltas, jugar con tu información financiera y no concretar nada. Cero recomendados.

Mazda dealership has been in my life for the last 15-20 yrs and has never had any issues. Service has always been excellent from the time of purchasing the new vehicles to when vehicle brought in for maintenance service.

They lied to my 83 year old father, promised things they could not deliver. Added charges after I left, and had the audacity to allow some of their thug sales people to flip me off as I was leaving.
